Brunswick Austria Open 2001 - Salzburg

PRESS RELEASE - PRESSE  ERKLÄRUNG

160 players of 24 nations participated on the EPBF "EUROTOUR" the Brunswick Austria Open.
From the 40 players which were on the waiting-list, only a few could be considered due to the full capacity of registered players.
Due to the very good organisation of the PBC Salzburg the tight schedule of the tournament was excellent and all the tournament games ran to schedule with prisision under the directory of the EPBF.
All the players are to be congratuled on arriving for the play on time and their good discipline as by the orgainsors. There were only a few reprimands and penalties.
The presence of the press, radio and television ensured the adequate public relation.
This public relation has been rounded off with two tournament tables located in the shopping center. This has been very well received by the audience and visitors.
The orgainsors are to be congratulated on the success of the Euro Tour Salzburg tournament which will reflect a good advertisement for the Pool -Billard sport.

160 Spieler aus 24 Nationen spielten bei der EPBF "EURO TOUR " the BRUNSWICK AUSTRIA OPEN . Aus der Warteliste mit 40 Spielern konnten nur noch wenige berücksichtigt werden. Eine gute Organisation vor Ort " des PBC Salzburg " eine straffe Turnierführung unter Leitung der EPBF sorgten dafür das alle Spiele pünktlich nach dem Zeitplan gestartet werden konnten. Hervorzuheben ist in diesem Zusammenhang die gute Disziplin der 160 Spieler. Einige Verwarnungen und kleine Strafen waren dabei behilflich.
Die Anwesendheit der schreibenden Presse, Rundfunk und des Fernsehsenders ORF
sorgten für die entsprechende Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Dies wurde dadurch abgerundet, daß die zwei Turnier - Billardtische bei den Zuschauern bzw. Besuchern des Einkaufscenters
Anklang fanden. Mit Zufriedenheit können alle Verantwortlichen auf eine für den Pool-Billardsport werbende Veranstaltung zurückblicken.
