Der Konsum von Alkohol oder anderen Drogen etc. ist für alle EM-Teilnehmer verboten. Verstößt ein Teilnehmer gegen Vorschriften für die EM, wird er für die EM disqualifiziert; im Wiederholungsfall muß die sofortige Heimreise angetreten werden.
