with the EPBF having the first election, due to Europe being the
host continent for the world event. Entry fee would be $250.00USD.
D) If quota is still not filled, any player approved by the WPA and
desiring
to enter the world event directly may enter for $500.00USD.

Practice: June 5 (Evening) and June 6 (Day)
Mandatory Player's Meeting and Draw: June 6, 4:00PM at venue site
Competition sessions begin Friday, June 6 at 7:00PM
Note: Blind draw player groups with discipline listings posted
at venue site
after player's meeting (Maximum of 4 player groups per session)
Format: Per 2003 Artistic Pool Program (40 shots/challenges), which
includes 8 disciplines (5 shots/challenges per discipline) Total
possible score: 333 points Programs: Contact Tom Rossman
Venue Site: To be announced by March 1
Prize Fund/Awards: Minimum added $2000.00 by Dr. Cue Promotions,
plus
WPA Artistic Pool Division additional monies yet to be
determined. In addition, all entry fees from players will
be added to total prize fund. WPA will provide medals
for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd "artistic pool" overall positions of
finish, and 8 discipline medals/ribbons and a player
sportsmanship award will be provided by Dr. Cue
Promotions. Position percentage payouts per 2003
program (Page 6), plus additional per sponsor input.

Lodging Availability: To be announced by March 1
Visa/Travel Information: To be announced by March 1
Equipment: 2 - 9' competition tables and 1 - 9' practice table.
Each table
will have minimum 1" slate thickness and 860 Simonis cloth or
similar. 3 sets of Pro Aramith balls or similar, 6 red circle cue
balls or similar, plus "artistic pool" items for accessory usage
including: Master chalk, wooden triangles, and mechanical bridges.
