The overnight stay with breakfast is free; it is possible to order "full board" for 12,00 € each person.

If you make a booking for a certain hotel, we try to fulfil your wish but it could be possible that 
we are forced to change the hotel, depends on the available rooms and the time of booking.

Only in the Hotel Schönblick, it is possible to pay with credit cards. In all other hotels the costs 
for accomodation are to pay in cash; it is also possible that we send you an invoice due your 
booking and you transfer the amount before the WC ( please regard, we must have the money 
on our account not later than 10.09.2005 )
Travel The preferred airport is - Alpe Adria Airport Klagenfurt (KLU) -
This airport is no international airport but there a each day connections to the international
airports -Vienna International Airport (VIE) - and -Frankfurt / Main (FRA)-
Because there are only limited capacities, is necessary to book as soon as possible.

Vienna International Airport (VIE); distance to the venue is 350 Km; by train about 4 hours.
Airport Salzburg (SZG); distance to the venue is 200 KM; by train 3 hours
Airport Graz (GRZ); distance to the venue is 150 KM, by train or bus 2 hours
Airport Ljubljana (LJU); distance to the venue is 100 KM; no train or bus;

Because the departure day is Sunday, it is to expect that there are not so many flights from
Airport Klagenfurt to the international airports. Therefore it is necessary to book the flights
as soon as possible.
