The competition featured top players from the nine countries participating in the year-long Youth Tour circuit

The venue—the Predator Billiard Sport Academy – is an excellent facility located in a shopping mall in the heart of Tallinn, offering training grounds for 24 different sports disciplines. The Academy is accessible to members 24/7 and is equipped with eight Apex 9ft Pro tables, as well as top-tier training and tournament equipment.

Andrej Gjurchinovski (North Macedonia) emerged as the winner; in the final, he played a nearly flawless match against Austria's Raphael Marth, winning 7–0.

Benjamin Herland Aralden (Norway) and Svit Pavlinjek (Slovenia) finished in joint third place.
